RE: DALWALLINU AQUATIC CENTER
It is with pleasure that the Shire provide this reference about the Dalwallinu Aquatic Centre swimming pool installed by AVP Constructions.
The aquatic centre officially opened on 19 February 1999 after an exhausting tender process in which the submission by AVP Constructions was accepted and a very short construction window (as the pool needed to be open for the 1998/99 season). The installation of the Myrtha design pool went without a hitch and the community, who were involved in the entire process, have been enjoying the benefits ever since.
The aquatic centre has now been operating for almost 10 years and we have not had any problems since installation. The pool is a very important asset for the community and quality of the pool is evident in that it still looks new.
We believe that the Shire was one of the first to install a Myrtha Pool and we would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone wishing for a dependable, problem free swimming pool.
